After winning the FIA WEC and ELMS championships in 2020 and Le Mans LMP2 class, Phil remained with United Autosports until the end of the 2023 season.
In 2024 Phil joins the FIA WEC Hypercar ranks with Hertz Team JOTA Porsche 963, and will also race with JDC-Miller Motorsports in the GTP category of the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup.
